Who you will actually be working with
My name is Naqqash Khan and I founded NEO in 2014. I did not start as a businessman — I started as the person who fixes things. Years ago I was covering a musical concert with a camera and ended up talking to a CEO about his company’s computer problems. He hired me. That happened twice, with two different companies, in two different countries. Both are still my clients today.
That is really the whole story: I look at what a business is struggling with, and I solve it.
For more than ten years I have built websites, fixed systems, run marketing, installed networks, designed brands and trained staff — for a medical college in Abbottabad, a homeopathic college in Peshawar, a media company in London and a technology firm in Virginia.
I am not a salesman. If something will not help your business, I will tell you so.
The name
Why NEO
People ask. As a boy, I took it from a film — the one man who could see what was really happening behind the surface, while everyone else saw only what they were shown.
I don’t watch those films anymore. But I kept the name, because I later found the same idea in something much older and much better: baseerah — clear sight.
قُلْ هَٰذِهِ سَبِيلِي أَدْعُو إِلَى اللَّهِ عَلَىٰ بَصِيرَةٍ
Qul hadhihi sabeeli, ad’oo ila Allahi ‘ala baseerah
“Say: this is my way — I call to Allah with clear sight.” (Surah Yusuf 12:108)
The name stayed. The meaning grew up. A business owner sees slow sales. I look behind it and find the real reason.

Amanah الأَمَانَة — trust

Do you work with small businesses?
Yes. We work with single shops and with pharmaceutical companies. If something will not help you, we say so before you spend money on it.
Where are you based?
Peshawar, Pakistan. Since 2014 we have worked with clients across Pakistan, in the United Kingdom and in the United States — most of it through referrals from existing clients.
How much does a website cost?
It depends on what your business needs, which is why we look first and quote after. You get the scope and the price in writing before any work begins — including which parts you do not need to buy.
Do you only build websites?
